For me, a relief to have had good times at high altitude (almost as good as high times at good altitude). With this, I earned California Triple Crown credit a fourth year in a row -- and each year, I weigh more and more. So somewhere sometime, something's gonna give.

Early on the ride, a very cheerful Ernesto (Montenero, Sustainable Tech) hailed "Hey, Cycle Sports!", introduced himself, indulged in about 500m of rolling conversation, and then courteously sailed away to catch back up with his wife. I think this may have been a first double for both of them, and they made it look easy. Fit freaks.
